Demis Hassabis is the co-founder and CEO of Google DeepMind, the AI research lab acquired by Google in 2014. He shared the 2024 Nobel Prize in Chemistry with John Jumper for AlphaFold's contribution to protein structure prediction, and earlier in his career co-founded the game studio Elixir Studios.
