Developer sues publisher after leaving Kickstarter backers waiting over two years for promised physical editions

Chained Echoes developer Matthias Linda is suing publisher First Press Games for failing to deliver Kickstarter-promised physical editions over two years after their due date. Linda is also terminating the publishing relationship and seeking an alternate partner to fulfill backer orders or issue refunds.
