Microsoft is considering closing Arkane Studios and canceling its upcoming Marvel's Blade game as part of a broader Xbox reset. Arkane would be the fifth Microsoft studio potentially shuttered, alongside Compulsion Games, Ninja Theory, Double Fine, and Undead Labs. Layoffs affecting at least 1,000 positions are set to begin July 6.
