Edge of Memories developer Midgar Studio is being liquidated

A French court ordered the liquidation of Midgar Studio, developer of Edge of Memories, after parent company Nacon filed for insolvency in February. Nacon's CTO said the company attempted to find a buyer but exhausted its runway before completing a deal.
