Grand Theft Auto developers seek union recognition at Rockstar

UK-based Rockstar employees have formally requested voluntary union recognition through the Rockstar Game Workers Union (RGWU), established under the IWGB. The union intends to bargain over pay transparency, flexible working, and crunch. Rockstar has 10 working days to respond; if successful, it would make Rockstar the second UK studio with recognized union representation.
