Alpha Dog Games, developer of mobile Doom title Mighty Doom, has reemerged as an independent studio two years after Microsoft shut it down in 2024. Studio founder Shawn Woods' LinkedIn profile shows the Halifax-based studio is now independently owned as of May 2025.
