Nintendo filed a motion to dismiss a class action lawsuit claiming it failed to pass tariff refunds to consumers who bought products between February 2025 and February 2026. Nintendo argued consumers "received exactly what they bargained for" and that the company bore tariff costs on some popular 2025 products including the Switch 2.
