An employment tribunal ruled against Rockstar Games' request to remove blacklisting claims from a legal dispute over alleged union busting. Rockstar fired around 30 union members in October 2025, claiming gross misconduct; the UK's IWGB union disputed this and filed a legal claim. Over 200 Rockstar North employees signed a letter condemning the dismissals, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer called them "deeply concerning."
