Bluepoint pitched a Bloodborne remake in early 2025 but was blocked by FromSoftware, according to Bloomberg. Bluepoint couldn't secure another project for over a year after the rejection. The studio has since been shut down by Sony, making a remake less likely unless FromSoftware directly oversees development.
