Apple delayed Siri AI features indefinitely in the EU due to Digital Markets Act conflicts, and won't ship them in China. EU developers also can't test Siri AI features in iOS and iPadOS betas. Apple proposed a "Trusted System Agent" intermediary but said the European Commission rejected its proposals.
