Valve's Steam Machine console will start at $1,049 for the 512GB model and $1,349 for 2TB, higher than originally planned due to hardware supply constraints. The announcement comes as Microsoft also raised Xbox prices and Ubisoft eliminated 93 roles in San Francisco and closed studios in Winnipeg and Belgrade.
