World model maker Odyssey nabs $1.45B valuation backed by Amazon and other big names

Odyssey, an AI world-model startup founded by self-driving vehicle pioneers, raised $310M at a $1.45B valuation led by Natural Capital, with backing from Amazon, AMD Ventures, and GV. The company creates physics-accurate simulations for video-game creation and robotics, and will optimize models on AWS Trainium chips.
