Xbox confirmed exclusivity decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Gears of War: E-Day and Clockwork Revolution are exclusive to Xbox and PC, while new Hellblade and State of Decay 3 titles will launch on PS5. Fable will also come to PlayStation when it releases February 27.
